FAQ

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible items 7 days after order delivery.

Returns must be unused & in their original condition, with tags in-tact.

Custom designs, gift cards, hair accessories, silk eye masks, clothing, sleepwear, keychains, face masks, blankets, tie dye kits & embroidered items are final sale.

We do not accept returns on international orders.

Online purchases are unable to be returned in-store.

We reserve the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our provided returns policy.
What is the process to submit a return?
To submit a return, please email support@stoneycloverlane.com with your order number & the items to be returned. Our team will then respond to you with a pre-paid shipping label. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of initial correspondence.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and reflect in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable & we charge a $10 flat-rate return processing fee. This will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our provided returns policy.

If your inquiry pertains to an existing order, please include your order number in your email. Our customer service response hours are Monday–Friday from 9am–6pm ET. All requests will be answered within 48–72 hours of receiving your communication, with the exception of weekends & Holidays.

How does customization work?
Almost every Stoney Clover Lane piece can be customized with our signature Patches, available in all different letter & icon styles.

If shopping online: Using our online Customizer tool, you’ll design exactly how you want your Patches arranged. You can finalize your design with our “Tidy Patches” section & also leave a note to specify any details you would like our team to know.

Once your order is placed, a team of specialists gets right to work preparing to sew the design you’ve created & laying out your dream piece. We go through a round of quality assurance & review the design you’ve created & to confirm that we can complete it to your specifications. & Then our team of sewers gets to work! When designed pieces go into production there may be slight variation between the digital image & the actual item. Once sewn, your piece is again quality checked to confirm it was completed to our high standards & then it is sent to you.

Because of this extensive process, all customized designs are final sale.

If shopping in stores: We have a talented team of sewers at each of our store locations that are able to customize your dream piece onsite. Turnaround times vary by location, by day & by order volume. Typically, customization time ranges from a few hours to a few days. Feel free to call ahead of your store visit to find out the current wait times.
Can I change or cancel my custom order?


Once a custom order has been placed (in store or online), we are unable to modify or cancel the order. Our order fulfilment team is immediately alerted to start preparing your items & get the customization process underway. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Please note Stoney Clover Lane reserves the right to cancel any order that violates any intellectual property or trademark laws including company names &/or profanity.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders are cancelled—or items from an order are cancelled—for a number of reasons, most typically because an item that you ordered is out of stock by the time the order was processed.

Where is my gift card?
Gift cards purchased online will be sent via email within 2 hours of your purchase. Support@stoneycloverlane.com will send you the gift card number & gift card amount, which can then be forwarded to the gift card recipient.

Please note, gift card orders are not able to be refunded.
Are there restrictions for discounts?
Collaborations, third-party products, gift cards & customization fees are excluded from all codes & promotions.

Discount codes, sale prices & promotions cannot be applied to previous orders.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Online discounts & online promotion codes cannot be applied to in-store purchases.
What payment methods are accepted on your website?
We accept all major credit cards & debit cards. All prices on our site are listed in USD.
Does sales tax apply to my order?
Local sales tax will be applied to orders being shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington D.C., Washington, West Virginia & Wisconsin
When will my credit card be billed for my order & does this apply to pre-order items?
All purchases, including pre-orders, will be charged when the order is placed. Purchases may take 3–5 business days to appear on your financial statement.
I see a pending payment on my credit card but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do now?
All of our orders are accompanied by a confirmation email. If you did not receive one, your order was not processed & you were not charged. You may see a pending hold charge on your statement, but this will fall off in 5–7 business days. If you are still seeing a hold after the 7 business day window, please contact us at support@stoneycloverlane.com.
When will my order ship?
Online orders follow the turnaround cadence provided in your order’s email confirmation. We also update our website with adjusted turnaround timelines as needed.

Orders ship Monday—Friday, excluding Holidays. All orders placed Monday–Friday will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

US orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx.

International orders are shipped using DHL or UPS.

Stoney Clover Lane is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We do not refund shipping for carrier delays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after it has shipped?
For US orders, it may take up to 10 business days to arrive once they’ve shipped from our fulfillment center.

For International orders, customs & clearance procedures can delay package delivery by up to 4 weeks.

Stoney Clover Lane is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We do not refund shipping for carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We want you to get your Stoney Clover Lane fix wherever you are. Stoney Clover Lane is not responsible for the cost of duties, taxes & other fees placed on international shipments. We are unable to control nor modify these costs. The shipping carrier will reach out to you directly with your charges after your package has been shipped. Taxes & duties vary based on the destination of your package.

Customs & clearance procedures can delay package delivery by up to 4 weeks.

Any refusal of an international shipment on a non-custom item will result in a $20 re-stocking fee, shipping will not be refunded.

In the case of a missing package, we do not refund shipping charges.

All international orders are final sale.
