Terms and Conditions


Order Processing:

- Orders are processed pending stock availability and credit card verification

- Once the order is verified a confirmation email will be sent to confirm receipt

- Customized orders will be confirmed by one of our customer service representatives

- Once orders have been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order

- If an order is being shipped within New York, local sales tax will apply



- Customization Fee: $10 per item

- If you are aware of how you would like your item(s) to be customized please reply to the confirmation email with instructions 

- If we do not hear from you after 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation, our customer service team will reach out to ask how you would like to personalize your order

- All items are sewn and personally customized, therefore no returns are accepted on customized orders

- If sewing is not selected on your order, but you would like to have your items sewn after receipt of merchandise we can offer you our custom sewing capabilities – please note shipping charges will apply on your end 


Customization Timeline:

- All instock non-customized items, will be shipped out within 24 hours Monday – Friday. Any orders processed on Saturday – Sunday, will be shipped out the following Monday

- All customized items, will be shipped out within 2-3 days pending your approval

- Please note we try our hardest to get items out as soon as possible, but customized items are made-to-order and may take more time depending on demand



- As our stock levels are constantly changing, we do our best to update the site to make sure pre-order is reflected per item

- All purchases through our website are charged at point of sale, so your credit card will be charged as soon as your order even if the item is on pre-order

- If multiple items are ordered along with a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together. If you would like to receive the additional items prior, please reach out to our customer service team (support@stoneycloverlane.com) and they will provide shipping costs    



- All orders are shipped Priority or First Class mail, depending on your shipping selection

- If you need your order sooner, please reach out to support@stoneycloverlane.com, to receive pricing for alternative shipping methods (2 Day, Overnight, etc). 

- Once an order has been shipped out, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided on your order

- When a shipment has left the SCL office, we are no longer for responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments

- If there is an issue with your shipment, please contact USPS for further information

- If a package is returned to us by the shipping company with failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-send out of your order


- All customized orders, cannot be returned

- If you would like to return any instock merchandise that has not be customized, please reach out to our customer service team and follow the below return process:

- All items must be returned in original condition they were shipped out in

- A flat return returning processing fee of $10, which includes a prepaid shipping label and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

- Original shipping costs will not be refunded

- All items must be shipped back to the address provided by the SCL team

- The return authorization number provided by the SCL team must be written on the outside of the box

- Returns are only applicable for items that were bought through StoneyCloverLane.com, all merchandise bought at other retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase


Payment Method Declined:

- Should you place an order on site, but not receive a confirmation email please contact support@stoneycloverlane.com to confirm your order has been received

- If your payment method is declined and the order was not received, a charge may still appear on your credit card statement. This is a pending pre-authorized charge and is subject to change.

- The hold that you see on your credit card could take up to 5-10 business days to be removed depending on your bank and their processing time

International Shipping:

- We do ship internationally!

- We are not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed to international shipments

Gift Services:

- Should you be placing a gift order and want to include a gift message, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we would be happy to include a note

- All of our shipments are wrapped nicely in tissue paper and placed in a large bubbled envelope or box



- If you find an issue with your order, all inquiries must be emailed to support@stoneycloverlane.com within 48 hours of receipt

- Repairs are on a case-by-case basis and will be dealt with accordingly

- If merchandise is purchased through a retailer that is not our online site, please reach out to them directly for any merchandise issues
