Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Dunkin' x Stoney Clover Lane In-Store Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Stoney Clover Lane, LLC ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor, Dunkin', and their affiliated entities are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on June 5, 2026 and ends on June 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("ET") ("Giveaway Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by completing and submitting the official Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a customized Stoney Clover Lane travel set consisting of:
- One (1) duffle
- One (1) large pouch
- Two (2) small pouches
- One (1) $200 Dunkin' Gift Card
- Additional promotional items
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Over $500.
The winner will be invited to the Stoney Clover Lane store location selected during entry to customize and redeem the prize package.
Prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitution will be permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner is responsible for all transportation, travel costs, and any other expenses associated with prize redemption.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will occur following the conclusion of the Giveaway and the potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry no later than June 8, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state of residence, photograph, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Dunkin', and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries, emails, or other communications; technical failures; or any other errors that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
10. Right to Modify or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. General Conditions
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
13. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a written request within sixty (60) days following the end of the Giveaway Period to:
